• Brief preferences (location, budget, bedrooms, timing).
• Optional notes you provide.
• Usage data (page views, device class), only if you accept analytics.

• To reply to your brief and arrange private viewings.
• To send the Sunday letter, if you have subscribed.
• To fulfil legal obligations under Greek brokerage regulation.

Active correspondence is retained for as long as you remain a client, plus five years for tax and brokerage record-keeping. Sunday-letter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
