Terms of engagement

These Terms govern the use of meridian.gr and any brokerage engagement undertaken by MERIDIAN. Any specific mandate is also governed by a signed engagement letter, which prevails over any conflicting clause here.

The portfolio

Residences shown on this site are presented in good faith and may be removed without notice if status, price or availability changes. No information on this site constitutes a contractual offer.

Brokerage commissions

On successful transactions, MERIDIAN charges a commission of 2 % plus statutory VAT to the purchaser, and 2 % plus VAT to the seller, unless otherwise agreed in writing. No retainer is charged for private briefs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MERIDIAN's aggregate liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the commission paid under that engagement.
