An upper-floor penthouse on a quiet Kolonaki street, recently reimagined as a single open volume oriented toward the Lycabettus pine line. Original 1960s shell-stone walls were preserved and paired with whitewashed parquet and bronze detailing.

The residence

An upper-floor penthouse on a quiet Kolonaki street, recently reimagined as a single open volume oriented toward the Lycabettus pine line. Original 1960s shell-stone walls were preserved and paired with whitewashed parquet and bronze detailing.

Two private terraces wrap the residence — one for breakfast and morning sun, the other set up as an evening lounge with an integrated outdoor kitchen.
